Our mentoring program provides an effective networking model for Startup Moxie students, establishing connections with leaders throughout Elkhart County.  Mentors are business owners, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs from all areas of our community, willing to share their time and expertise with a Startup Moxie student. The goal of mentorship is to help students refine their communication and social skills, while supporting and encouraging the students as they work through their entrepreneurial ideas and business plans

Mentors are asked to:

• Meet with the student to talk about what they are learning in Startup Moxie
• Support the student by listen to their ideas
• Provide feedback based on personal experiences
• Review the student's evolving business plan
• Attend a few scheduled events
